Faculty Achievements
Dr. Devartha Morang has been awarded the “Best Young Social Scientist INFES-2019 Award” for his outstanding performance in the International Conference on New Frontiers in Engineering, Science, Law, Management, Humanities, and Social Science (INNFES) 2019, by Eudoxia Research Centre at Gauhati University on 23-24th February, 2019.
Students Achievements
A growing number of students from the department are clearing competitive examinations like NET and SLET during the last couple of years. A few students have been selected as assistant professors in different colleges of Assam and few of the students of the department have also been able to successfully complete examination of the public service commission of the State.
